Custom Drum Manufacture -

• CUSTOM Conveyor Drum manufacture is different from STANDARD Conveyor Drum manufacture. (Standard Drums can only be manufactured to a limited number of Pipe and Shaft Diameters. Length of Pipe and Shaft are also limited) - See STANDARD DRUM Manufacture page for more details.
• With a Custom Size Drum, you can specify any Drum size you wish, within the manufacturing capabilities which SPEEDYDRUM has.
• This means you can specify a Drive Drum or Tail Drum with:
  
  • 1a. Pipe Diameter from 114mm O/D, all the way Up to 813mm O/D
  • 1b. Pipe length from 500mm, all the way up to 3000mm length
    
    
  • 2a. A Shaft Diameter from 40mm O/D, all the way Up to 280mm O/D
  • 2b. A Shaft length from 600mm, all the way Up to 3800mm length
• Customers should use the Custom Conveyor DRUMS - Online Quote Enquiry Specification Form when they want to:
  
  • Make a specific DRUM enquiry and receive a return STANDARD DRUM Quote by email, from a SpeedyDrums Account Manager, about a specific size of DRIVE DRUM or TAIL DRUM
  • Just work through the DRUM CONFIGURATOR/QUOTE Drop-down options available and input the Drum specifications you require.
  • The Custom Drums Quote enquiry, is designed to set up all Drum sizes with a KEYLESS LOCKING DEVICE (KLAB) as standard.

  Should you wish to receive a Quote for Drive or Tail Drum which has a Welded Shaft or Taperlock Hub – please make a note in the Section titled: Additional Notes Related to your Custom Drum Manufacture
